Hi everyone! For those wondering this is Heather Jones writing the blog this time. We are now on week two of being in Thailand and we are seeing really cool things happen. The first week of teaching came to an end last Thursday and we had a crazy busy weekend. On Friday the whole student team from the main campus went and visited Laura and Natalie at their apartment. We went to the mall and  relaxed with them for a while. That evening we had a church service back on the main campus. On Saturday most everyone went to a University and taught some English and played games with the students. I got to experience something a little different though. I went with my youth cell group to the Grand Canyon of Thailand (as they call it), to an orphanage, and then to the Indian sea. I can't speak for the other group who went to the University but I was very encouraged to see how God is at work through the orphanage and through the Thai people that I went with! On Sunday we went to a church service all together back on the main campus and enjoyed a fellowship lunch afterwards. In the afternoon we went and swam with the whole team including, Laura, Natalie, Emily, and Hannah. They have a pool at their apartment!  It was fun to have everyone back together for a while.

If you are looking for specific things to pray for, here are a few requests.  One student in my class is asking a lot of questions regarding what Faith is and how he can have it.  Continue to pray that, not only will he keep searching for what that looks like, but that I will have the words to guide him to what true Faith means. Secondly, continued prayers for our team overall as we start out the second week of teaching. We are all pretty tired and could use some energy. And lastly, continue to pray for Thailand as a whole. There is a lot of work being done the Santisuk schools to try and share the Gospel but there is a lot of work that will still need to be done.  This country needs Christ!

There are many things that God is doing in Thailand and it has been so fun to be able to be a part of that. Thank you all for the continued prayer!
